Volar Odias VS Violet - Smuggler VS Imperial Agent

Commander Raame, Comitatus Vigo of the Galactic Trade Commission, raised his hands for silence, from within the commentator's box located in the central stand of the GTC Arena. A hush suddenly descended upon the multitude of life forms that made up the crowd of this match, as a large spotlight suddenly appeared in Raame's direction. As complete silence settled throughout the crowd, the Commander spoke into his microphone, his deep voice booming throughout the many speakers that were located throughout the Arena.

"Comrades, criminals, and all around thoroughly disgusting individuals, tonight the GTC bequeaths to you a fight that all of you have no doubt been waiting for! In one corner, a Smuggler who has the ability and aim to shoot the wings off a Zess-fly, cool as you please, and is, I must admit, one of the luckiest bloody scoundrels I've ever met, although, he probably won't admit that! He is here for your pleasure and entertainment, and I am sure he is not about to disappoint. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you... VOLAR ODIAS!!!"

"And in the other corner, a former Imperial Agent who can take down a target from over a thousand metres away, without breaking a sweat, and is one of few women that is so cold-blooded and stealthy that she scares the hell out of even me! Here with no known true name, only an alias that has been the deaths of countless individuals throughout the galaxy, and you probably won't have a chance to lay your eyes on her before she's moved off. Despite that, I present to you now, here to lay waste to anything that crosses her... VIOLET!!!"

"Ladies and gentlemen, life forms from every corner of the galaxy... LET THE BATTLE COMMENCE!!!"

Violet entered the arena with her vibroblade held casually at her side ,her feet ready to move the instant the word was given. This was certainly not the kind of combat she had been trained for, ideally her target would have been dead before he had even noticed her. She eyed her prey with a hunter's eyes, his strengths, his weaknesses all revealed to her. Violet's lips parted momentary revealing her pale teeth as that familiar hunger clawed at the inside of her mind. She brushed her hair out of her eyes and a soft, silent giggle escaped her lips, a mixture of both excitement and pure amusement.

Volar stood lookign up at where Coomander Raame was speaking. He gave a slight sigh.

"Why do I ever volunteer for anything?"

Gripping his vibro-blade, his eyes fell upon Violet, his opponent of the day. Volar had to admit that she was, quite frankly, scary. He swung his vibro-blade a couple of times to get to grips with it's weight and prepared himself for combat.

(As Violet has already chosen, my numbers are 2, 4, 5)

Raame looked down at the two combatants, the slightest glimpse of a smile playing at his edges. He raised his voice once more, to speak for a final time before the start of the match.

"Well well well. It looks like Volar's luck has finally run out. The dice has been rolled, and Violet shall attack first. Let the battle... BEGIN!!!"

Violet dashed for her opponent her quick steps leaving no sound as they skimmed the ground. Her left arm lashed upwards and the mechanics in her wrist device snapped and released a poisonous dart towards her target. She raised her sword arm, letting both motions come together into a high-held offensive guard as she closed the distance.

Volar, seeing the dart hurtling towards him, tried to make a dodge. As he made the jump, he pulled out his blaster in his spare hand and fired multiple shots at his opponent.

Violet didn't slow down as blaster fire warmed the air around her, instead she pushed herself even harder. With just a few more quick steps she had reached her opponent and launched herself at him striking diagonally towards his neck and shoulder.


(Using Shiv Stab)

As Volar made his dive, the Toxic Dart hit him in the shoulder. He let out a small cry of pain as he hit the floor, promptly pulling out the dart. Noticing that his opponent was nearly upon him, he grabbed his vibro-blade and decided to take the offensive to her.

(Using Normal Attack)

Violet's offensive had left her open to a counter attack and Volar didn't fail to take advantage of the opportunity. Violet let out a faint giggle as the burning pain surged from the wound and she punched Volar in the face with her hands still around the sword.


(Using Sleep Dart)

With the pain Volar was receiving, he also felt a large surge of Adrenaline start pumping through his body. For every second he bided his time, his opponent was picking out his weaknesses. He had to take the pain to her before she could take him down. With a surge of energy, Volar lashed out at his opponent.

(Using 'Deadly Combo')

Seeing Volar stagger from the blow Violet took a dancing step backwards and slashed with her sword against his midsection in an attempt to eviscerate him.

Violet didn't let the missed swing lose her momentum so she spun with it making another strike at Volar's throat.

Seeing as his opponent was not going to give up her momentum on her own, Volar decided to give her a helping hand and made a swipe with his fist.

As the barrage knocked Violet of her feet she threw her arm up sending a dart flying towards Volar's throat.

Jumping of the ground with low growl and malice glinting in her eyes Violet fired yet another dart and chased it to it's target.

Volar, not daring to lose his new found momentum, swiped forward with his vibroblade, trying to avoid the next projectile in the process.
