Volar Odias Promotion

I would like to extend a big congratulations to Volar Odias as he has now been promoted to Gunslinger of the Avarita Consortium. Volar has been an extremely valuable employee with contribution to the Propaganda Agents as well as working relentlessly to recruit new members to the guild. In addition to this he is also highly active in almost all RPs going on and is always willing to take on more.

Well, it's not as if the Vigos are going to have massive build ups to the promotions are we? We can't always tell you guys what's going through our minds, and besides, I think it makes the promotion feel all the better for it coming out of the blue, and hopping on your computer one morning, logging in, and then finding that your hard work has all paid off, without knowing that you're going to be promoted in advance.
