"But for those who are faint hearted i suggest you stay in your cradles and let your mother rock you back to sleep. Meat me on the coordinats im sending you. You will probbaly notice that there is no planet there, but my company is based on a rather large asteroid. I shall see you soon...........)

Owen was working on his latest money scheme when he received the message. He was ready to go as soon he heard Big payoff. He quickly pushed all his other projects aside and piled up everything he would need.

Finally with everything put into packs or attached to Owen's heavy armor he was ready to go. He hopped into his brand new two seater starfigther. With this top of the line hyperdrive on this little ship he would reach the location very quickly.

He decied to radio any others to see if they were coming.
"Anyone else coming?" :arrow:

Rasper was in his room cleaning his gun when he had received the message. Rasper was excited to go on a mission and finally try out some of his equipment. He grabbed his helmet, shouldered his shotgun along with his compact rocket launcher and a few sticky grenades and two combat knives. He also attached a special vest that held a lot of ammo for his gun. Rasper headed down to the hanger to see who else was coming along.

Owen sees the other two the hanger and he revs up his ship a couple times making the hanger extremely loud.

"HEY GUYS LIKE THE NEW SHIP? AHAHAHAH" and he revs up the ship again.

"And people said the dummies guide to Nar Shadda wouldn't work. Well this is the readers , money at work"

Rasper smirked as Owen revved the ship. "Your going to blow you engine doing that" he said with a smile. He walked up to the ship and took a good look at it. "What kind of ship is she?" he asked.

Owens's face went blank.
"Um well, it's a fast one, and expensive."
He opened up a small compartment and took a small data pad out of it. He handed it to Rasper.
"I suppose the brand is in there. To be honest i just got this one because the salesmen showed me all the great features."

Rasper looked at the ship then at Owen. "Yea I guess thats all you can ask for in a ship" he said agreeing with Dante. Rasper took a seat on a cargo container lying next to the ship. "So where are we headed anyway?"

"Not sure, some asteroid belt on the outer rim."

Owen pressed a button on his armrest and two compartments slid out of the side, on one compartment the sword Dante made for Owen laid, on the other were datapads with the title 'Nar Shadda for Dummies, Volume 2, Kickin IT Owen style'. A picture of Owen with a gold chain around his neck and his arms crossed on his chest was on the screen.

"Wasn't supposed to do that, i meant to open the sword compartment. Don't tell anyone about Volume 2 it's unreleased."

He tried to press the button to make it go back in but a small shelf opened on the bottom reveailing a whole bunch of the Volume 2 Nar Shadda for dummies copies.

"Well, this is starting to get frustrating."

Rasper had been talking to Owen about his ship like how much it was and where he got it. He himself was looking for a ship. It was hard to talk over the noise of Dantes gunshots and he was glad when he finnaly stopped. Rasper streched out and began to examine his gun to make sure it was ready to go.

Owen began to tire from waiting for more people.

"Guy's lets get going, I think we're ready to go."

Owen closed the top on his starship and radioed to the other with the loud speakers.

"LAST ONE THERE HAS TO BUY A ROUND OF DRINKS"

Rasper ran to his ship that was docked a few spaces away. It was an older model of fighter but it had been kept in tip top shape. It also had large engines on the back that enabled hyperspace. Rasper touched a button on his wrist and the cockpit opened and he climbed in side. He put his weapons in a cargo area behind his seat and then powered up the engines. The engines roared to life and he began to slowly lift up and move toward the hanger exit. He hovered in the air and waited for Owen to get in front and send him the coordinates.

"hey Owen I hope you offers still up because im going to be thirsty by the time we get there"

Owen was off of Nar Shadda when Rasper radioed him.

"Just sent the coordinates to you Rasper and by the time you get there i'll have already gotten the big 'payoff' what ever that is"

Owen just remembered something. Where's Dante....

Rasper flew into orbit and then punched in the coordinates that Owen had given him.

"Ill see ya there fellas" he said and he pushed the torque lever all the way up and the engine gave a loud roar and the ship took off into hyperspace towards the mystery client of theirs.

Owen was in hyperspace listening to heavy metal rock on his intergalactic radio with the volume all the way up. (who could make a noise complaint out here)

His ship exited hyperspace as it reached it's destination. In front of Owen's ship was a huge asteroid. Half of it was covered in buildings, that seemed to almost blend into the asteroid's rocks. The whole place looked creepy. But the thought of a huge payoff is something that he couldn't reject. Instead he waited for the others to get here before landing. Something jut felt off about this place.

"Hey guys you almost here? This place is creepy as hell."

Rasper arrived and saw the lights of the two ships engines in the distance. "Hey guys i suggest we form up and go in as a group. That way we will be more defended if we get attacked."

"I feel better now that the rancor of ships and rasper is here."

Owen flew right above Phyrex's monster ship and disappeared off the sensors.

"Stealth systems, HU RAH. Now everyone line up and let's get this started. The place gives me the creeps."

#A man groans…he’s strapped to a surgery table in a small dark room, a masked surgeon accompanied by a medical droid work on him#

“My, my you must be more carful”

#He laughs at his own joke#

“Arr there we go as…well….better than before shall we say”

# Door slides open a figure emerges#

“How is he?”

“Well he’s better but I’d say he’s got about…a round left in him” the surgeon replies

“good get ready the bouts will commence in half an hour” the figure adds

# the surgeon steps forward till he is face to face with the man.#

“I know what Im doing….any way shouldn’t we be getting ready for are guests”

#the man just mumbles to him self and leaves the room, the surgeon goes over to a small table by the wall, he slowly takes off the surgical mask revealing the face of Nucian Mandrayk…yes he would have to be ready…. Mandrayk had an agenda to fulfil and now his friends from the GTC are about to become part of it#

“ How rude of me…lets carry on from we left off shall we”

# he strides to the patient…in the darkness a scream rings out#

Owen managed to dodge most of the asteroids and prevent any dents or scratches from getting on his new ship. A transmission came from the asteroid base.

"Please land on the landing hangers on the east of the Complex. We shall meat you there."

Owen landed inside the hanger and jumped out of the cockpit. He began to streech out his muscles from the long flight. A armed guard came through the foor on the far side of the room.

"We'll wait for your companions to arrive then we will 'escort' you to the briefing of your mission."

Owen shrugged. He would have waited for them anyways.

Rasper came into the hanger and then gently set his ship down on the open platform. The cockpit opened and he got his gear and climbed out. Rasper went next to Owen and looked at the armed guards, he held on to his weapon in a relaxed pose but he looked at the guards weapon and then at the guard and Rasper's hold on his gun tightened. If these guys tried something funny he would be ready.

# Mandrayk look inventively at a security monitor, the other man by his side again#

“Well there appear good specimens…I’ll have to examine them at some point of course”

# the man next to him turns a frown on his face#

“ I run this operation not you!!!” he snaps

# Mandrayk chuckles#

“Well I apologise but rather then use arguing, shall we get on with the job in hand?”
# the man grunts and reaches for him com#

“escort are guests to ‘briefing’ room, you know what to do”

# in the hanger one of the armed guards clearly the leader my the red strip down his left arm, steps forward and addresses the battle ready group#

“Well if that’s all of you….please will you come this way”

# the security team form up, each side of a door leading out of the hanger#

Before they even moved Rasper brought his shotgun up, "You fellows will lead the way" I see no reason for anybody behind us"

The group of men were unfazed by three people that stood in the hanger. They have seen hundreds of other men just like them be reduced to nothing, literally. The leader of the group nodded and the men turned around and began to lead the way through the big sliding door.

Owen and the others followed a group into a small room where the small man they saw in the video stood.

"Welcome, my guests. I hope the travel here was pleasant. Now let's get done to business. Your mission is not quite what you think it is. I have hired you to be gladiators, well more like forced. Don't try anything stupid here on this asteroid. The asteroid it self is a bomb waiting to explode. It's loaded with gasses and one blaster shot could cause a huge explosion that no one could escape. And inside, inside is my kingdom. One slip and you will be in the Ackley pit fighting for your lives, and making me money. But if you play your cards right you will leave my 'kingdom' some of the richest men in the galaxy. It's your choice."

Owen was hesitant and observed his surroundings. The walls were thick, unbreakable. He then noticed something little dots lined the ceiling and on the corners of the room were concealed turrents, he has seen many of their type. He studied the dots on the ceilings and he knew what it was, small cameras/ heat sensors. He had no choice and hoped the others followed his judgment.

"It looks like i don't have must of choice. I will agree to be a gladiator."

Rasper looked at Owen then John then finally the guards, "After you" he said

* Nuscian contiues to watch the three as they accept the very generous offer of join or die…that’s why he like Fredric he did things properly. Pity he would be dead by the end of this little escapade, but he’d served his purpose, so he should take comfort in that*

“ Well that’s that…so make sure they get sent to me at some points, Fredric does like his fighter in prime condition”

*the man next to him grumbled he hated the Dr Mandrayk…had the last thing he needed was to tell him how to do his job…he makes for the door*

“You’ll get ‘em after we're finished”

* Nucian watches him leave the room for a second he wonders if he should kill him now or later on, he decides later would be better*

“Well we’d better get ready wouldn’t you say”

*He says to his trusted medical droid, who is always has at his side, they both leave to get the medical bay ready…a broad grin spread across Mandrayk’s face, everything was falling into place*

He group followed Fedric with the armed guard surrounding them.

"So Fred.."

"It's Fredric, not Fred."

"Sorry, FREDRIC"

"What were you going to ask?"

"Where are we going and what or who, is our first opponent?"

"I'm taking you to the medical facility to make sure you can fight, if it turns out you can't our doctor will make it so you can. That usually means surgery, if you catch my drift."

Owen gulped, this doctor sounded like some scientist who enjoys testing on live subjects.

"And your first opponent is what we call capture the flag. Our battle master will fill you in more when we get to him. But first things first. Go in there, Dr. Mandrayk awaits."

Fredric turned and went back down the hall way. The guard stayed at the door of the medical facility.

Owen walked through the door...
