Total of different countries visited = 43
My list is as follows: England Wales Republic of Ireland France Germany Spain Russia Canada U.S.A. Hong Kong Singapore Australia New Zealand Tasmania Alaska

| Nice fun thread.
Gran Canaria (family trip when I was a little kid) England (London, class trip) Norway (ski trip with class) New York (class trip anno 2006) Netherlands (Hoorn and Amsterdam) Berlin ( real life meeting Poland (Krakow, real life meetin)
7 countries
Places I want to go, countless. Me and my boyfriend made a list once which cities we want to visit. And not as bloody turist, more as backpackers.

| I've only been to:
Australia England Malaysia Singapore New Zealand Oh, and Tasmania. We all know it isn't part of Australia.
I guess it's a lot easier for Europeans to visit different countries, seeing as many of them only take about an hour to two hour's train ride to get there. Plus it's cheap.

| 37 different countries so far Was surprised to find out that Tasmania is actually counted as being separate but will make everyone in Australia and everyone in Tasmania very happy. Looking forward to seeing a few more lists. | |

| Checking my list again, not only is Tasmania counted as separate from Australia but also Alaska and Hawaii are separate from the US. So any of you you have put US down but have also been to Alaska or Hawaii let me know. | |

| Well, my father was U.S. Army, we lived in Europe for three years. My mother was determined we wouldn't waste the opportunity. Every three day weekend we went somewhere. After I got married, we took two of the bestest cruises ever. One to the eastern Med., and one from Rome to Lisbon. That covers most of them. A lot of you are still young yet, once you can afford to take longer vacations it can get a bit easier. Still have my sights set on Asia. Marytha | |

| From the title, I thought this thread might involve Carmen Sandiego, heh. This is a brilliant idea by the way, here's my list.
Andorra (Hurray for small obscure countries!) Portugal Spain France Germany Italy Belgium Canary Islands (Tenerife) Greece (specifically Kefalonia) The US (Florida and NY) Poland The UK(all "countries" if you count Scotland and Wales separately) The Republic of Ireland Netherlands The Vatican
I'm hoping to add at least one more to this in the summer.

Any idea where you could be going in the summer? I'm still debating and researching, which probably isn't good because I'll be running out of time to book something. One of my strongest candidates so far is taking the train through to Moscow (with stops along the way) and then the trans-Siberian railway from Moscow through Mongolia to Beijing. Then I'd do a bit of exploration around China. This is, of course, dependent on funds. However, I would also love to see more of America.

| Seems to be some well traveled folks in this guild. With the exception of latin America I have to go thousands of miles if I want to get out of where I am. Maybe I'm inexperienced, but it seems to me that you folks in Europe don't seem to need to travel as far to go to another country. Am I wrong? | |
