SW:TOR Update - 31/7/10 - The one we've all been waiting for!

I can scarcely believe it, yet alone say it, but we have finally received the planet we've all been wanting. We thought it wasn't going to be in the game, since Nal Hutta had already been put in, but ladies and gentlemen, here it is! The one, the only, Nar Shaddaa!

Got to love the little description SW:TOR gave for Nar Shaddaa:

"Circling the planet Hutta is its largest moon – Nar Shaddaa, the ultimate corrupt city. Dominated by underworld concerns and owned by the Hutts, this sprawling mass of skyscrapers is considered one of the most dangerous and exciting places in the galaxy, where anything can be had for the right price."

As well as Nar Shaddaa, we received Blood of the Empire Issue Eight, and the Threat of Peace in print.

Great haveing Nar Shaddaa thats gonna be our base of opereations no doudt. All we need to find is our cantina and im very happy it mentions that theirs low regualtion on Nar Shaddaa so corporations will be running tests anf all sorts....and as Doctor of the GTC i think its my duty to find out wat these tests are and follow suit and run my own


I do hope we can buy a building in game that would be fantastic but im not holding my breath I'm its just happy we got Nar Shaddaa

Cool, really thought they had to put it in the game at some time. Glad to see it's there.

Also I doubt we would be able to purchase a house mandrayk as our space ships are our bases.

Someone will always need to be captured or killed on this planet, this makes me happy.

I guess Coruscant will be my home, Nar Shadaa will be where I work.

I wonder how many more planets are left to reveal, surely they have put most in; it just gets bigger and bigger.

It's interesting how Bioware was adamant that everyone has to pick a faction, that no one in a war can stay neutral forever. But they have developed 3 totally neutral worlds. Now I realize it would take alot more development time to make a neutral storyline, but that doesn't stop me from thinking it should be there. I honestly hate being a bounty hunter that works for the Sith Empire.

All I can say is %@#$ Yeah!!!! I also did not realistically think Nar Shadda would be in the game, with Nal Hutta announced, but now I'm happy. It kinda makes sense since its one of the more iconic and unique worlds of the Star Wars universe. Makes me wonder how many planets there will be at launch.

Wow... that is very cool stuff. I definitely did not expect Nar Shaddaa to be in the game and so turned into a nice surprise.
