Just follow that link above to read the article. I like it, shocking I know I actually like an update. I am very very happy that they sorted out the smuggler dying a lot problem lol.

One of the better updates we have had in a long time. While I do like the idea that they are making classes versatile, I think that they are making them TOO versatile or hybrid-like, such as the Consular and Inquisitor being able to fill the roll of a tank, and the Trooper being able to fill the role of a healer. I understand that they want to make people be able to take on all sorts of different roles, but I feel there is a limit, and that is the reason why certain classes are meant to be specifically designed simply for tanking, DPS, or support.

I have no issue with a trooper being a healer, in fact it makes it more realistic in my eyes as you would have a medic. The sith being healing classes is silly unless the healing abilities are draining life from others then it is ok!

We should be thankful they are doing it as I believe if they didn't the force users would be the only healers and us here would be a bit buggered.

I would have to agree with Davan, this update really was quite good and shows that parties though only consisting of four individuals can be quite diverse. This update really makes the wait for SWTOR to come out just that much more unbearable.

I would agree with Davan as well. Trooper having healing ability makes sense to me but the Sith healing should be some sort of life steal and not straight up healing because that doesnt really fit.

Defiantly an interesting update, shows their really putting a lot of work into it. I personally don't like it that their trying to make all classes so versatile, but I guess it makes sense since theres only 4 classes .
