Tal'nar - Promotion

I would like to extend a big congratulations to our newest member of the Top Posters board who is also now a Shade in the Sicarius Consortium, Tal'nar.

Tal'nar has been extremely active as of late taking part in RPs and contributing to the guild. He has also been working hard to promote the guild through banners and signatures. For this he has not only been promoted to Shade, but he also has been chosen to join the Propaganda Agents.
