Update: Crisis adverted, I have no idea what happened but luckily I back-up the world every other day. So everything should be fine now.

No, for reason these random blocks came up. The entire front of our outpost looked normal but you open the door and it's just sand blocks. The entire inside of it was gone. Also the area me and Aurelian cleared, new hills had sprang up.
