Wow, there are a lot of dedicated RPers out there. I see even our guild has a page. I'm sure this would help attract new members to our cause.

We are a Trading/Crime organisation who are completely neutral, and do not belong to any government of ANY kind. Completely and utterly free from the grasp of corporate powers. We serve no one, unless it is part of a business operation.

While I had no input for the name(and Veyl actually wasn't the one to come up with it), I think that Galactic just refers to the commission being Galaxy spanning and not necessarily Republic.

Also, there is something called "The Commission," which is the ruling body of the Mafia in the U.S. I think that if the Mafia can change the word commission to fit their needs, that makes it just fine for us.
