fan friday (why god)

Not even a couple more pages for the comic.....

I'm sick with BioWare at the moment. Crappy updates and that's it. Hell, it's not even an update. I want to march right over to BioWare Austin, kick down the door, and beat up Sean Dahlberg until he releases something good. They must be saving up for something really big, like the Demo Footage. Even then, GIVE US SOMETHING WORTH LOOKING AT!

This reminds me of the daily updates for SSBB a while back. We'd get weeks a crappy updates then a few big ones in a row. It all evens out in the end, so I think that Bioware has something big in store. I understand why people would be angry with Bioware now, but I learnt to take whats given to you and enjoy the game once its released.

Well, they seemed to do that around the time of E3. Had pretty small ones, but then gave us E3, the trailer, the Holonet, but didn't give us the gameplay footage. I'm thinking that the next update will have to be one of three things. A new class, unlikely considering the Smuggler only came out a few weeks ago, although, that being said, the Smuggler came out a few weeks after the the Trooper.
A new planet, which I think is the most likely, considering we haven't had one for a couple on months now.
And finally, though highly improbable, the gameplay footage. Sean said it won't be for a few weeks, or months, I think (I hope not), so I doubt it will be the gameplay footage.

All in all, I hope they pull their fingers out, and really get to work and give us some proper stuff!

I agree, they should give us a playble race, even if it humans, so they can update other races later.

Well, it's not too bad, as long as they actually have some real good things to post. But please, BioWare, don't plug someone's poll. ANYONE can make a pole, but not anyone can make awesome pictures.
Fan Friday is fine for the week after a big update or something, but not after a week of complete crap.

I'm just like this, and fully agree with you, Harly. Being in the beta, and having to do things over and over and over and over again just really detracts the fun out of the game, so when the finished product comes out, you'll be like "unh... whatever".

And as I have stated many times before, I am also in agreement with this view.

All I know is the game won't be out in a while, so I'll take any info for now, whenever it comes.

But it is also smart, as many of the fans will think, "Hold on, crappy update? They're going to make something huge next week. We all better stay and see what it is."
Other fans, like me, don't really care that much. If you look at it from the devs point of view, the Jedi are evil. Naw, screw Anakin.
But seriously, they can't add new content every damn week.
