Hanging up Davan's blasters

After considering the time I can commit to the game once it is released and this guild I have had to come to the sad decision that I will be stepping down as Avaritia Vigo and leaving the guild. With full time work while studying for a degree it doesn't leave much time to focus on gaming and RP. In august when the new football (soccer for the americans) season begins I will also be doing some work on that for a website.

It has been a very enjoyable two and a half years here, working from applicate up to position of one of the three leaders and I just wish that they had finished this game a year ago so I could have had some great game time with all of you. Saying that though even without the game this has been a fun forum to be part of, I have enjoyed the RP, the videos, all the random posts and telling off recruits. The talks on the chatbox until the early hours of the morning was probably the highlight and getting to know most of you well.

So Davan Kelhur shall now be going on an adventure around the galaxy and I will be hitting the books and controlling the worlds stock of christmas puddings. I have most of you on msn so will still talk to you guys through there to see how you are all doing. So after a few things are sorted which may take a couple of weeks I will be leaving. It's sad to hear that you're retiring Davan, but real life commitments come first. It's been a pleasure getting to know you over the past couple of months, and I am sure you'll be sorely missed.

Good luck with the football, and the job. I'll think of you next time I eat a christmas pudding!

Good lord that I was not expecting in the slightest, a sad occasion indeed and as all I think here will say we're going to miss you. I've found memories of our chats and the large discussions that would break out with loads of us on chat at the late hours And of course the discussions of whiskys and Frank Sinatra (also tthe Rat pack in general )xD anywho you will be sadly missed but I wish you all the best and as Tristram put it eating a Christmas pudding shan't be the same.

Unfortunately I did not have a chance to get acquainted with you, being that I'm newly arrived, but I do wish you the best of luck in your endeavors and hope that some time -- whether it is before release or after -- that real life will cut you some slack and afford you a little gaming time.

I thought it was bad enough when Veyl left, followed by Lexxas I believe it was, and now Davan.
But i understand real life comes first.

Oh no! I'm really sad to see you go Davan, hopefully you might find some time for gaming somewhere down the road. I'll always remember you by the epic training mission we did, and I wish you all the best.

Oh noes. I am sad to hear. Yes real life comes first aswell my own absence have been thrown around lately. A few know why.
But who will be the new vigo for the smugglers? I surely hope you got that covered.

One last thing. The Vigos have decided that while we deliberate on who may eventually take over the Avaritia Consortium, I will become administrator of it, and as such Acting-Vigo, as it is on the Republic side. I won't be making any changes or whatnot, it's just so that we have an admin for the Consortium in the mean time.
