Alternate Character Discussion

Hello and welcome all members of the Galactic Trade Commission. I feel a new discussion is in order to, shall I say, 'liven' the place up a bit, and I reckon a good topic of discussion would be regarding our in-game alts. I'm sure that most of us are planning at least one alt, as this is both Bioware storytelling and Star Wars lore, so I'm sure we'll all be eager to explore the content provided.

And so my question to prompt discussion is simple, what class will your (Primary) alt be, and why? Please disclose information regarding why you made your choice and what you look forward to seeing/doing with that character.

I'll start us off. My primary Alt is going to be a Sith Inquisitor, most likely Assassin Advanced Class. Why? Well, they always say that the grass is greener on the other side, and quite frankly I am very much eager to explore both sides of the fence. So, with my main character being a Republic Trooper, I feel that the best way to find a new experience after that would be to play a foce-using class on the Imperial side. Plus, we all have a little Dark Side in us, don't we?

Edit: Ah, who am I kidding, I already have all my alts planned, and I like to talk about them:

Republic:

Volar Odias - Male Human Scoundrel (kinda obvious, huh?)

Calan Fal'Den - Male Human Sentinel

Yuri Fosan - Female Human Shadow

Empire:

Novak Toral - Male Cyborg Bounty Hunter (unsure of A/C)

Kiran Val'Yuven - Female Chiss Sniper

Ujiin Boras - Male Human Sith Warrior (unsure of A/C)

Andul Taár - Male Human Sith Inquisitor (Still unsure of A/C)

Jedi Consular full into healing... because gameplay wise it's exactly what I usually like and I like the character design and choice of species too.

I'm honestly not sure what class my alt will be, but it's guaranteed to be on the empire side. I'll most likely be playing my alt first though, since the Republic side of the guild in on an EU server, I don't want to deal with the new release MMO lag and the distance lag at the same time. So, I'll be playing with our imperial brethren at first.

Definitely going to be rolling Sith Warrior. Dead set sure on Juggernaut too. Seeing Darth Malgus in action just wants me to unleash my inner dark side and annihilate everything in my path.

I am definately planning on making a Jedi Sage, a healing/support character is more of my style. I also plan to make an Imperial Operative on the Sith side, as well as possibly a Bounty Hunter Mercenary.

Not really into trooper, or the other force using classes.

Oh good, now I don't have to feel silly; my husband ( non-gamer.. /le sigh.. ) always gives me a funny look when he sees my little Post-It notes all over the place with SW:TOR notes on them.

Although I don't have them all named, I think I have the classes figured out. It's relatively simple, since I don't do the tanking thing, and well, Dark Side corruption is just a little too unappealing for me.

Republic DPS ( main ): Riley Hawk - Smuggler Gunslinger
Republic Healer ( alt ): Jedi Consular Sage

Empire DPS ( alt ): Bounty Hunter Mercenary
Empire Healer ( alt ): Imperial Agent Operative

As Odias wrote, we all have a little Dark Side in us, and I definitely look forward to exploring both "sides" of the conflict with my two favorite archtypes: DPS and Heals!

I'm thinking either bounty hunter or smuggler as alternate character.
