Whats Your Playstyle?

Well for me, someone that hasnt played a whole lot of MMOs, I am going to have to say solo play because that is what I have done in the few ones ive played. I did experiment a tiny bit with roleplaying on the WoW free trial and like I said Im looking to start roleplaying more here.

Roleplaying comes first then solo, group if i can find a good one to pal around with.

Well as some of you know i haven't played any MMOs before so i will be playing as many styles as i can to experience them all.

But i think roleplay will be the main and thats what i want to get into and this seems a good guild for it as a lot of you have answered roleplay. Will also do quite a bit of solo play i expect as love discovering things for myself.

I like to roleplay often solo tho i like to group when i can. Crafting is fun if you dont have to spend weeks gathering the stuff to make 1 item. I also enjoy suppling people with things that go boom and so forth soi believe ill get along with Master rex *grins*.

My playstyle is charging into combat equipped with high powered heavy weaponry and a jetpack. No need to subtelties when you blow everyone away. Then I go and collect my pay, and start the whole routine again.

I've always played MMO's backwards. I start out being the healer, when I should have been the soldier type. I have difficulty figuring out why I'm not leveling as fast as everyone else when I can keep myself alive indefinitely. It should work out that I'm able to continue longer than the guy that has no support......OR MAYBE they made the MMO's too easy! That's my theory.

The avatar is a screen shot of SWG shortly after launch. Our guild was quite large and we were given priority to harvest minerals so we had about a hundred harvesters setup in an area. I think that was at the time where you didn't have to put maintenance into them, but they would still smoke indicating that they were about to poof. Anyway, it looked like a huge refinery with rows upon rows of harvesters billowing out smoke. It was actually a terrifying sight.

Well, that's where I'll be waiting for you... So I can "educate" you on how I do things. (Just to let you know, I don't like too much of those crazy battlecries. At the perfect moment they are awesome, but we have to limit our craziness. Just my opinion. It doesn't mean squat Very Happy

No worries then, chief. I was just making sure. Well, hopefully when TOR comes out, we can test out our playstyles against each other. Have a GTC Fighting Arena in-game (if we can).

Mostly solo, unless I find a good guild, or some friends are online and ask me to do some stuff together ^^.

Thats about the same as me. I'm more of a solo player unless Im in a good guild.

Man, you guys really enjoy playing it solo. I have to agree that solo is always a great way to do things, but sometimes I wouldn't mind teaming up with another Bounty Hunter, and seeing who can kill the target first. Always a good feeling when you beat your college. And then rub it in his face!

Yeah

. Had that on SWG once, we both got the same bounty (around the 2mill) and we were after him on the same time Very Happy
