Good to see the troopers engaing Sith in melee their or shoulder bashing atleast luv the bit at begging escpially and the first sith to attack just gets flipped.....fail! on siths part their . Any way looking as great as ever want the game even more now which isnt helping but I think maybe the trooper class is gonna get alot more attention now hopefuly we might see increase in troopers induction into GTC too boot. Any way to wrap up brillaint trailer hope to see more of smuggler and Imperial agent in next ...plus the bountyhunter maybe we've seen abit but no real main focus those classes......we can kick ass too maybe not on battle scale but still

Poor Alderran it's always why is it in every era it seems to suffer, why don't they just blow up Hoth lol.

Amazing trailer.... the trooper is looking a lot cooler now. Also, did anybody else think that that Jedi looked similar to Satele Shan? She looks a bit too young though and a bit different so a daughter or related in some other way maybe?

Good to see a trailer to counter the original one, and show theres some 'hope' for the Republic. I do wish they'd make a trailer showing the smuggler and IA.

Though as a bounty hunter I'm going to be forced to work for them, I enjoy watching Sith get their asses kicked.

One thing though the female jedi, is her force powers so strong she can block sabers with her hand? That seemed a bit over the top.

It's probably that shan satiltie person. she's supposed to be strong in the force.

I thought I saw her do that to but I thought I must have been imagining it or something. But sure enough as I re-watched it that was the only conclusion that I could come to. Very strange...

I don't think it's to strange, Sith can spray lightning from there hands, and Jedi, ex. yoda, can catch the lightning and turn it back. Probably using the same type of technique here.

yea and also if you watch one of the episodes in season 1 of the clone wars Asoka Tano blocks a lightsaber hit from greivious with the force

It still seems kinda stupid to me... I dont think you should be able to do that.

I agree with Darc. If you're able to block a lightsaber with your hands, what is the point of taking it over a Vibrosword against either a Jedi or Sith, if it won't do anything?

Owen, the thing about catch the lightning is that they are catching the force, and holding it. THAT makes sense that they are able to block the force with the force, but to block solid energy is a different matter altogether. It isn't blocking the force, it's blocking pure energy. Seems a bit far-fetched to me.

Also, looking on the description BioWare gave for the video, it seems that the Republic Trooper hero (the one with his helmet off), might be Tavus, the commander of your squad when you start out as a Trooper, as it mentions Havoc Squad having to defend Alderaan against the Sith.
