City of Heroes

This sort of ties in with the Gaming evening/nights thread, but i figured it would be more viewable here,

when i next get paid, probably this weekend, i will be reactivating my city of heroes account and getting my play on, i love mmos and don't want to sit around waiting for TOR to come out, i thought i would invite anyone who is game to join me in paragon city as it would be a great way to bond further as a group and this way we can properly see other peoples mmo play styles (personally i like grouping with people and am happy to just do their stuff, so long as i get time to myself to rocket through my own quests, i like to level fast )

plus CoH has a great Role-playing community, and the chat is super accessible.

my global name on the servers is @Coakes. . . or is it @Coakesftw. . .i'll get back to you on that.

anyway this weekend onward i shall be taking the old marble mammoth out for a run round the hollows, look me up if you are in the paragon city area

I have a ton of games I'm playing currently but if other people are going to play this I might buy it, I mean it's only 29$ for the complete pack thingy and apparently I can make a tiger so... :3

I have to admit I've been pondering playing this for a while, the ability to go master mind and summon ninja's, thugs etc at the mere click of my fingers appeals immensely to me inner villain I think I will join for a while should be fun after all have plenty time to kill for the moment and looks superbly fun :3

HOLD UP

there is a slight hold up with my return to CoH, the account system isnt letting my current PC in and i think some aspects of account management are suffering from the soon to be transition to free to play (its becoming something like Lotro)

account now working and game reactivated, i am now playing City of Heros again, if you want to look me up i am no the Union server and my global chat handle is @Coakes

I'll probably return to the streets of paragon at some point. I'm tempted to observe and see what happens with this free to play malarky first.

Seeing as City of Heroes: Going Rogue EU seemed a decent deal on Steam, I am in the process of downloading it. Will probably be a while yet though.
