Thats right folks! A day will come when zombies attack and take over the earth. And to quote red vs blue "There are two kinds of people in this world, people who have a zombie plan and people who dont.....We like to call those people lunch."

well first id like to hear what ur zombie plan is lisa.
as for myself its pretty basic. find the nearest sorce of weapons and then haul up in the safest building. thats usualy either a heavely reinforced one or a tall one.
second. it would prob be the wisest thing to leave the big citys and build a safe shelter out in the middle of no where on a field were the wiev is good and were survivers can stay and possibley have a small town, growing crobs n haveing live stock.
so thats my plan.
but again the main plan is just get packing with guns n go guns blazeing..

When the zombies come, I'd find the nearest weapon, my preference is a golf club. I'd also contact my friends, if their still not infected, and meet up somewhere safe. We then armour up a car and go on a zombie killing spree.

first off try and contact all people you want to bring with you, small numbers are best so immediate family and freinds are best. Make you way as far away from all the major cities. Try and avoid highways, Never stay in one place too long unless its heavaly fortified and has lots of supplies. when holding up make sure you bring head phones or ear plugs as the moans of the undead can drive a person insane over a long period of time. Only travel in the day time as you have the greatest sight then. Dont pick up hitch hikers or injured. Dont be charitable its survival of the fittest. Dont camp with lots of people or strangers. There is a lot more I could go over but its all in the Zombie survival guide book i have.

Move to Canada, everybody knows zombies can't handle the cold, they'll freeze over. Then I get on a Moose and swing and hack the zombies stuck in the snow with my sword aka a beaver I found.

Steal solar panels, install them into a mall I've occupied, lock doors -> Play Civ5 until a cure is found.
I have a more elaborate plan as well but I'm not telling you people, you'll totally steal it

Pretend to be a Zombie, I have a very good vacant look.
Also it means I can attack people I don't like with no threat of imprisonment.

This is a pretty awesome thread and i thought I might as well revive it!
Well for starters I have a emergency kit I've been working on that doubles as a zombie survival kit I guess. Though my kit is set up to work with other survival kits which friends of mine have purchased.
Now you want to stay relatively light and by relatively light I mean you should be able to carry at least 50lbs worth of equipment on your person and be able to move. If you cant then you'll most likely be dead because your out of shape or to scrawny to survive on your own and will most likely have to depend on others.
• Canned food:
• Powerful/Durable Flash Light
• Melee weapons: Machete/tactical knife
• Firearms: Handgun/defense shotgun
• Gun Maintenance kit
• Tools: Mini tool set
• Batteries: assorted batteries
• HAM/CB Radio
• First Aid Kit and rubbing alcohol to be used as a disinfectant
• Rain Poncho
• Nylon Rope
• Fish Wire
Now your thinking how the fuck would I be able to carry all this crap? Well I have your answer! Your tactical vest will be carrying the majority of the nick-nacks on your person and no you shouldn't need ceramic plate inserts in your vest but if you can some how get your hands on them then great but remember those plates add weight to your vest and I'm pretty sure zombies wont be shooting at you, though it wouldn't hurt if you got into a fight with other survivors. The vest itself will distribute the weight of your equipment and will put less strain on you. The combat boots are for easy mobility while providing you with adequate support. The camel back is to supplement your water supply. And the heavy duty back pack is for carrying everything else.
• Tactical vest/belt pouches
• Combat Boots
• Heavy duty multipurpose back pack
• Camel back
Now everything here is not mandatory but recommended but if in case of a emergency must be used properly and at the right time. This works well as a emergency kit since it carries with it all the essentials and a few extra perks. Feel free to ask any questions about the kit and the necessity of certain items.

All you need is simon pegg, nick frost and a cornetto. It really is that simple.

Since I live in the wild north of England, there are a lot of places nearby that class as "the middle of nowhere". I'd take some supplies and set to creating an impregnable farm fortress and start rebuilding civilisation from scratch. Perhaps I could even make off with some lab equipment from the local University and try to work on a cure a la I Am Legend. (I mean, how hard can it be to isolate the cause of the zombie plague and create a bacterial or viral vector that would represent an agent to overwrite the "zombie-ism" at a molecular level?)
To be honest, I don't have much in the way of brains, so I don't think I'd have much to worry about in the case of a zombie invasion.

Shoot myself in the head first chance I get. Zombie survival seems to be FAR too much trouble for what it is worth. You guys can kill zombies and continue the human race, I'M OUT.

Well I don't think I ever posted -my- zombie plan so here it is! First off I get my family together and grab what ever weapons from the house we can (Fire poker, cricket bat and so on) and head to the car, use it to drive to a small corner shop which is right around the corner then fill the car with as much food as possible (Mainly canned food and things which will last, drinks as well) before getting back into the car and driving to my school which is about a 5 minute drive. From there we make our way inside the school, closing both gates behind us and sealing off the area. Luckily my school is surrounded by a fence or well by two but it makes a safe area none the less.
From there we make sure the school is clear, which assuming it is after 3:30 or on a weekend it will be, we then take any other weapons we can get from the Tech and design department and bring all the gather supplies to the canteen which will then use as to feed ourselves and so on. Meanwhile we can reinforce the doors and windows and such with barricades using the table, chairs, wood and other useless items of furniture.
Then we just chill out for like, 28 days?
I think the best thing about this plan is that it can easily be done. Can't get any guns and everywhere I need to go is less than 10 minutes away from my house.
