| I only actually found out about this today, but part one of the Fan Film has been out since August last year. For a Star Wars fan film, it's pretty damn good. Not much action in part one, but it's well made, pretty well acted, and they actually use proper Star Wars lore. I suggest you all check out part one of the film and see if for yourself. I liked it a lot. I won't say anything about the plot or what happens in part one, naturally because I don't want to spoil anything. http://www.alightinthedarknessfilm.com/the-film/ | |

| Interesting... I watched the trailer and the production values were surprisingly good for a fan film. I don't have time now but I'll have to check this out. | |

| So I watched the whole thing now, and I agree that it is very well made. I also think that the story is very good so far and I'm definitely waiting for the continuation.
However while the acting was mostly good, (I actually think the main actor did an extremely good job), it was cringe-worthy a few times. The biggest offender of this in my opinion was the main girl who not only had an annoying voice but also couldn't seem to act very well.

| lol I think the only time i really cringed was when the boy and girl are fighting over the bread and the jedi comes and breaks it in half for each of them. That part was cheesy | |

That was certainly very cheesy. Also watch the faces of the people on the Endor looking world after they get caught by the stormtroopers.... its embarrassingly bad. The bartender had a few cringe worthy moments, i dont remember them exactly. And then pretty much everything the female lead said felt out of place and seemed to be delivered bad to me. I know its kinda hard now but I really wish they could replace her for part 2. | |

| Hahahaha, I have to agree with you all there. I was going to say something about it before, but I wanted you to all watch it for yourself before any critiquing from me. I think Darc is absolutely correct. Out of all the characters, the main female one was terrible. I couldn't watch her without pausing it or looking away due to her cheesy and shoddy acting. They also could have used some better props or masks. When that alien in the rebel team spoke with that strong American accent, and the terrible looking mask, it just felt wrong. They could up the acting a fair bit, but on the whole, I think they've done a pretty damn good job. | |
