I just knew that Officer Frank Tenpenny would make an appearance as one of the villains; I was scrolling through all my games and he was the first one i pictured to be in there.
I felt that Al-Mualim from Assassin's Creed, Kreia from KotOR II, and General Shepard from Modern Warfare 2 all should have made an appearance in the top 100, though.
Still, number 15 being the Great Mighty Poo brought back wonderful memories from the days of the Nintendo 64 playing Conker's Bad Fur Day. One of the best villain's someone could ever put into a game.

I thought the list was pretty meh... like most IGN list And you can pretty much guess which are going to end up in the top...
I mean G-man will probably end up there seeing how big Half-Life fans IGN are... Ganondorf, Bowser, GLaDOS etc etc...
I'm not sure what they were thinking putting Arthas at place 41 for example, he's the coolest and most interesting villain ever made for an RTS as far as I know... And Saren should have been higher too...
I would have loved to see Vlademir Lem from Max Payne
The First Born from Jericho should have been there too imho
Mini Napoleon guy from Resident Evil 4...
I mean seriously... they put in the Tank from L4D -.-' That's like putting in the ghosts from Pacman...

Hahahaha, funny you should mention that Jinx, cause the Pac-Man Ghosts have made it at Number 7 on the list.
I do agree that the Nazis make an appearance very close to Number 1. They're always massive super villains in every World War (and sometimes Zombie) games.
And to take Number 1... is some weird thing called GlaDOS that I had never heard of. Bit of a let down.
